The Centerville Civic Association is interested in any issues concerning the Village of Centerville and its residents. The Association is also a sponsor and supporter of various civic, educational, charitable and recreational activities and events that benefit community life in our Village.
Village Fest and Pumpkin Decorating
3rd Annual Village Fest
October 10, 2026, 10AM-1PM
Main Street, Centerville
Attractions include:
🎃Sidewalk Sales – The 1856 Country Store and vendors
🎃A complimentary Family Pumpkin decorating event
🎃Face Painting
🎃Touch a truck with the COMM Fire Department and Smokey the Bear
🎃Scarecrow Contest, with winners announced at 2 pm
👻Spooky Tours throughout the village
♥️Blessing of the Animals ♥️
“Scarecrow Alley” will span from 4 Seas Ice Cream along Main Street, concluding at the intersection of Pine Tree Lane and the corner of Old Stage Road and Main Street. With 50 scarecrow spots available, the village promises to be enchanting.
Organizations, businesses, schools, and churches are welcome to participate.
$20 entry fee per scarecrow. 50 scarecrows in total will grace Main Street and South Main Street
1st prize $250
2nd prize $100
3rd prize $50
